National Prescription Drug Take Back Day

Help us create safer homes and communities by turning in unused or expired medications for safe disposal. Check back in the spring for our participating locations.

Be Part of the Solution

For the past several years, we’ve partnered with Cardinal Health and law enforcement to sponsor drug take-back events in local communities. Since 2018, our events have collected over 100,000 pounds of unused or expired medications.

Convenient Access to Life-saving Naloxone*

Naloxone is a medication designed to rapidly reverse an opioid overdose, and it’s offered by our Pharmacies without a prescription in states where allowed. This makes it easier for families, friends, caregivers and at-risk individuals to have the drug on hand if needed.
